We ship orders with standard shipping, if you want to receive it with DHL service, contact us first.

How long will it take for me to receive my delivery?

Please allow 12-16 days to receive your delivery. The delivery time frame will vary , depending on your location. Please note during holiday periods, your delivery may take a little longer.

How can I track my order?

Your order will be sent to you as quickly as possible, however no tracking will be available to show the delivery status of your order, you can email us and we'll give the tracking number which you can track on https://www.usps.com/

What happens if I am not home when my package arrives?

Your order will be left at your home, even if you are not at home, unless the postman feels its unsafe to do so. In the event the postman feels its unsafe to leave the parcel, a card will be left for you to collect from your nearest post office.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

You will not have to sign for you delivery, unless you are asked to collect it from your local post office. Your local post office may ask for you to sign when collecting the item.

Can I send my order to a PO Box or military address?

We can deliver to any Po Box Address.

Can you deliver to my Work address?

Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Company Name, and your name in the shipping information of your order so the order is sent to the correct address.

What should I do if my order has not arrived after 16 days?

We apologize to you if our order has not arrived. Please allow up to 20 days to receive your order. We ask you to please contact our Customer Service Department to advise us of this incident ,so we can ensure we improve our service to you for the next time.
